Booking & Payment Terms.

Please read our booking terms and conditions to avoid misunderstandings. Do not hesitate to contact us before making a reservation.

1. Reservation:

  1. Please fill in the complete information to our Email at senarutrekking@yahoo.com
  2. Name list and details of arrival and departure shall follow every booking
  3. Get booking confirmation by email or WhatsApp after your booking is confirmed.
  4. Secure your booking by sending a deposit.
  5. Please send us your profile information or a copy of your passport.
  6. All prices we presented in the tour package can be changed and are not final until confirmed to book the tour.
  7. Share your arrival schedule at Lombok airport or any harbor on Lombok island for pick-up service.

2. Payment:

  1. Once the tour is confirmed, we require a USD40.00 deposit in advance. Payment can be made via wire transfer to our bank account or PayPal.
  2. Full payment must be received upon arrival at the first destination point, except for those companies with whom special agreements have been made. Failure to comply with this condition may result in the cancellation of all reservations.
  3. We are not responsible for any taxes the bank charges during the money transfer process.

Payments Details:
We believe that simple is best, so we always want to make our payment procedures as easy as possible for our customers. You can make payments in US$, EURO, Rp, etc. For the reservation or booking, you can wire deposit in our company account below :

3. Cancelation.

  1. No refund for the Rinjani National Park ticket.
  2. A full refund will be issued for cancellations made up to 7 days.
  3. A 50% charge applies for cancellations within 5 days.
  4. A full charge is applicable for cancellations within 48 hours.
  5. We are not responsible for flight or luggage delays.

Note:

  • We only send you the payment confirmation when we receive the payment notice from the bank or PayPal.
  • Our services exclude insurance. If you want to have insurance during the tour, we can help you obtain one (at an additional cost).
