Booking & Payment Terms Policy.

Please read our booking terms and conditions to avoid misunderstandings. Do not hesitate to contact us before making a reservation.

1. Registration & Booking Terms

  • Mount Rinjani hiking bookings can be made via our official email or by contacting us at the WhatsApp number listed on our website.
  • Participants are required to provide valid identification details (National ID card or Passport) for the issuance of Mount Rinjani National Park (BTNGR) entrance tickets and life insurance.

2. Payment Methods & Deposit

  • A booking is considered confirmed only after the participant has paid a deposit of at least 30% of the total package cost.
  • The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 (seven) days prior to the scheduled departure date.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation by the participant more than 14 days prior to departure: 50% of the deposit will be refunded, minus the BTNGR ticket administration fee.
  • Cancellation by the participant less than 7 days prior to departure: The down payment or total amount paid is non-refundable.
  • Cancellation by the Organizer due to *force majeure* (natural disasters, trail closures by TNGR authorities, extreme weather): Participants are entitled to the option of rescheduling or receiving a refund in accordance with applicable regulations.

4. Health and Safety Requirements

  • Climbing Mount Rinjani is a strenuous physical activity that requires excellent physical condition.
  • Participants are required to submit a valid medical certificate from a doctor during re-registration. Individuals with a history of chronic medical conditions (such as heart disease, severe asthma, hypertension, or epilepsy) are strictly prohibited from participating in the climb for their own safety.

5. Environmental Rules & Code of Conduct (Leave No Trace)

All hikers are required to preserve the natural environment of Mount Rinjani National Park by adhering to the following rules:

  • Carry all waste back down the mountain (Pack it in, Pack it out).
  • Strictly prohibited: damaging flora, hunting fauna, and acts of vandalism (defacing rocks, trees, or public facilities).
  • Prohibited: carrying dangerous sharp weapons, narcotics, alcohol, and fireworks or firecrackers.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • The organizer is not liable for the loss of or damage to participants’ personal belongings, or for injuries resulting from a participant’s own negligence outside of the guide’s instructions.
  • Participants are required to comply with all safety directives provided by guides and porters throughout the trip.

7. Privacy policy.

Your data on the reservation is secure.

Note:

  • We only send you the payment confirmation when we receive the payment notice from the bank or PayPal.
  • Our services exclude insurance. If you want to have insurance during the tour, we can help you obtain one (at an additional cost).
