Booking & Payment Options

1. Reservation:

  1. Please fill in the complete information to our Email at
  2. Name list and detail of arrival and departure shall follow every booking
  3. All prices that we presented in the tour package can be changed and are not final yet until confirmed to book the tour

2. Payment:

  1. We require a USD40.00 deposit in advance once the tour is confirmed, payment can be settled through a Wire Transfer to our Bank Account or PayPal.
  2. Full payment must be received upon arrival at the first destination point, except for those companies with whom special agreements have been made. Failure to comply with this condition may result in the cancellation of all reservations.
  3. We are not responsible for any taxes charged by the bank during the money transfer process.
  4. Additional 5% payment through our Paypal by clicking the link

We believe that simple is best that is why we always want to make our payment procedures, as easy as we can do to our customers. You can make payments in US$, EURO, Rp, etc. For the reservation or advance booking, you can wire deposit in our company account below :

3. Cancelation.

  1. No charge for any cancellation made 5 days for individual booking and 15 days for groups before the arrival date.
  2. 50% will be charged for any cancellation less than 2 days before the arrival date
  3. Less than 24 hours notice and voluntary no-show will be charged in full for the total booking

Your personal data on the reservation is secure


  • We only send you the payment confirmation when we receive the notice of payment from the bank or PayPal.
  • Our services exclude insurance, if you want to have insurance during the tour we can help to make one (additional cost charge )
