Amazing experience with Senaru Trekking! We spontaneously booked a 2-day, 1-night trek from Senaru to the Crater Rim for four people, and everything worked perfectly. Our guide Surya was incredibly kind, attentive and adapted to our pace. He also took amazing photos of us at sunset! The porters did a great job setting up our tent and preparing delicious food. Disclaimer for 3D2N: please know this not just a challenging trek, but can also be a dangerous trek. Have the right footwear, gear, and take your time! Review: My guide Ari was amazing and made sure I felt safe and supported throughout the whole trek. I was injured early on the second day which made the rest of the hike more mentally and physically challenging for me but Ari stayed with me the entire time and made sure I was doing okay. I seriously can't thank him enough. The porters are the heros of Rinjani and deserve so much praise for the hard work they do every day. Not only did they carry all of our camping equipment, water, food, etc up and down the same challenging trail as us, but they also prepared delicious meals and fresh warm beverages for us 3 times a day. The whole trip wouldn't be possible without them. If you do this hike, tip your porters at the end, they deserve it! Senaru Trekking is a reliable company and makes the transportation to and from Senaru very easy. The hotel they have you stay at the night before is also really nice and comfortable.

Did the 2day/1night trek from Senaru to the Senaru crater rim and back. This Route is very pleasant as 75% is in the jungle and comfortably cool. The views from the Rim are spectacular. The hired equipment (warm jacket and trekking poles) was exactly as ordered and in very good quality. The rest of the equipment was all provided by the Senaura trekkers. We only needed to bring light trekking shoes , T shirt, walking shirt and a long trousers for the evning on the mountain. A special highlight was our guide Lintang, who has 20 years of mountain experience, speaks great English, and perfectly adjusted to our pace. On top of that, the food was delicious! We received a warm welcome and had a great time with the team. It is fantastic that this agency supports keeping the mountain clean. During the descent, our guide collected litter left behind by others and carried it off the mountain. However, the real heroes are the porters! They carry up to 35 kg of equipment, food, and drinking water up the mountain for us guests. Please don't be stingy with tipping them! Una experiencia inolvidable. Hicimos el treck de 2 días 1 noche. La organización por parte del equipo fue excelente. Nuestro guia Laude muy atento y los porters Pajri y Anom estuvieron en todo. Hay un gran trabajo y esfuerzo detrás por conseguir que la experiencia sea lo más completa posible, te sientas seguro y disfrutes. Foncez les yeux fermés dans l’aventure Rinjani avec Senaru Trekking ! Nous sommes partis pour le trek 2 jours, 1 nuit jusqu’au cratère du Mont Rinjani. Le parcours traverse d’abord une jungle luxuriante, habitées de plein de singes puis un paysage de montagne époustouflant. L’effort vaut sans aucune hésitation le paysage à couper le souffle du campsite, que ce soit pour le coucher ou le lever du soleil ! Nous étions un groupe de 8, et nous étions accompagnés de 3 guides et 6 porteurs, qui ont été très attentionnés et adaptables tout au long de notre aventure parmi eux. Tous les repas étaient excellents, préparés en direct devant nous. Les portions sont extrêmement généreuses, de quoi nous donner de la force et beaucoup de plaisir ! Le bivouac était installé par les porteurs avant même que nous atteignions le site, et tout était super propre et confortable. Nous n’avons manqué de rien, toute l’équipe a été géniale avec nous et nous a donné beaucoup courage lorsque l’effort se faisait ressentir. N’hésitez pas un instant, embarquez dans cette aventure autant humaine que sportive. Les guides et les porteurs nous ont énormément inspirés et motivés, ils font preuve de force surhumaine ! Hello, We were lucky enough to climb Mount Rinjani last week with Law and the whole team from Senaru Trekking, and we couldn’t have asked for better guidance! Everything was perfectly organised and supervised. We wanted for nothing: we ate very well, slept well and felt completely at ease throughout the adventure. We also met other French travellers along the way, who unfortunately hadn’t enjoyed the same level of comfort and support as we did. Despite his young age and our difficulties communicating in English, Law managed to build a real bond with us. We shared so much and had a great laugh together during this adventure! In particular, I managed to climb the final, particularly challenging section thanks to Law’s support, encouragement and immense patience. Without him, I’m not sure I would have made it to the summit! A huge thank you to Law and the whole team for this absolutely incredible experience, which we’ll never forget. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Expérience extraordinaire au Mont Rinjani ! Nous avons fait l’ascension du Mont Rinjani à 3 et l’expérience a été absolument incroyable du début à la fin ! Un immense merci à notre guide Ari, qui a été exceptionnel : super sympa, professionnel, attentionné et toujours de bonne humeur. Il nous a parfaitement accompagnés tout au long du trek et a vraiment contribué à rendre cette aventure inoubliable. Les porteurs étaient également géniaux, toujours souriants et impressionnants tout au long de l’ascension. L’organisation était parfaite, tout était très bien géré et nous n’avions à nous soucier de rien. Énorme surprise également concernant la nourriture : excellente et très généreuse, surtout compte tenu des conditions en montagne ! Chaque repas était un vrai plaisir après plusieurs heures de marche. Les paysages sont magnifiques, l’ambiance incroyable et atteindre le sommet restera clairement l’un des meilleurs souvenirs de notre voyage en Indonésie. Merci encore à Ari et à toute l’équipe ! Que dire...a part que tout était exceptionnel. Nous avons réalisé le parcours Sembalun-summit - lake et le retour sur Senaru. Le parcours est magnifique, spectaculaire et très technique. Mais tout ça est rendu encore bien plus incroyable grâce aux personnes qui nous entourent. D'abord Ari le guide, ultra accessible, drôle et gentil, et biensur les boss nos deux porteurs, Sukma et Sar. Ich habe die Sembalun-Torean 3D2N Variante mit Senaru Trekking gemacht. Unser Guide Lintang hat stets auf die weniger fitten Leute geachtet und diese bei schwierigeren Passagen unterstützt. Unsere Porter Anto, Anton und Jupri haben uns ausserordentlich gut bekocht und waren immer freundlich zu uns obwohl Sie alle Sachen mühsam mitschleppen mussten. Ich war mit der Tour sehr zufrieden, vorallem weil wir die Route noch anpassen konnten, da es doch anstrengender war als gedacht. Vielen Dank für diese unvergessliche Zeit!

Wij hebben een driedaagse trekking in het Rinjanigebied mogen doen via Sembalun terug naar Torean. Opgehaald door onze super fijne gids Lintang in Senaru, alles inbegrepen in de prijs. 'S nachts met hen de top van Mount Rinjani beklommen, een fysieke en mentale uitdaging, maar ook een geweldige ervaring om nooit te vergeten. Onze fantastische porters Anto, Anton en Jupri hebben super voor ons gezorgd met heerlijk eten, met als kers op de taart een groot bord pasta! Deze jongens verrichten geweldig en super zwaar werk, maar hun glimlach verdwijnt nooit.
