2. Send a copy of your passport. We need to sign up your details for booking.
3. You will receive a confirmation by WhatsApp or email for your booking.
4. Secure your tour booking by depositing it into our PayPal or bank account.
5. You need to pay the balance in cash upon arrival.
6. Book your hotel at the free pick-up area.

Where to stay for this trip?

• Free pick-up is available from the Mataram area, Senggigi, Bangsal, and Gili Trawangan. We recommend staying in an area with free pick-up.
• Additional charge IDR 100.000 / person for pick up at Kuta area

Schedule of pick-up service?

1. Stay in the Mataram area, and the pick-up service will proceed between 8.30 AM.
2. For the Senggigi area, scheduled between 09.00 – 09.30 AM.
3. Stay in Gili Islands: walk to the harbor between 07.00 AM and 07.30 AM. In Gili Trawangan, a check-in counter will welcome you for a free public boat ticket to Bangsal Harbor. The shuttle bus will transfer everyone to the Travel-Wise counter in Senggigi for reconfirmation and payment of the balance.

Detailed itinerary:

Day 1: Departure from Lombok.

• Meeting point in Mataram, Senggigi, or Bangsal Harbour between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM before a bus transfer to Kayangan Harbor in East Lombok.
• Kenawa Island: Usually the first stop for snorkeling, swimming, and a short sunset hike.
• Meals. Lunch and Dinner on the boat.

Day 2: Whale Sharks and Saleh Bay. The boat sails overnight to reach North Sumbawa.

• Saleh Bay. Early morning arrival to swim with whale sharks near local fishing platforms (bagans).
• Savanna Beach. Some operators include a secondary stop here or at Gili Bedil for relaxing on white sands.
• Meals. Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner on the boat.

Day 3: Komodo National Park Highlights. This is the primary destination day.

• Padar Island. A sunrise trek to the famous viewpoint overlooking three different colored bays.
• Pink Beach. Snorkeling and relaxing on rare pink-sand shores.

2. If the boat is suddenly damaged, we will find a replacement boat at an adjusted price, decrease, or increase. If you disagree with these conditions, a refund deposit will be made.
3. Safety is the priority; if the boat engine suddenly does not work at the last minute, we will replace the boat immediately without any notice. You must follow the arrangements from our tour operator to make the best trip option according to the amount of your tour payment.
