Schedule of pick-up service?

- For the Senggigi area, scheduled between 09.00 – 09.30 AM.
- Stay in Gili Islands: walk to the harbor between 07.00 AM and 07.30 AM. In Gili Trawangan, a check-in counter will welcome you for a free public boat ticket to Bangsal Harbor. The shuttle bus will transfer everyone to the Travel-Wise counter in Senggigi for reconfirmation and payment of the balance.
Detailed itinerary:
Day 01. Lombok Island – Kayangan Harbor – Sail to Kanawa Island.
- Shuttle pick up at Bangsal harbor, Mataram area, and Senggigi
- Meeting point at the boat operator’s office ( free breakfast )
- Transfer to Kayangan Harbor East Lombok at 11.00 AM, which takes 2.30 minutes to drive
- Lunch at the harbor
- Prepare for the adventure by loading onto the boat
- Sail to Kanawa Island. Snorkel or only walk to the beach.
- Night sail to Saleh Bay – Sleeping overnight
Day 02. Saleh Bay – Komodo Island

- Acoustic Insulation: Standard marine vessels in the region lack soundproofing insulation. Consequently, ambient engine and generator noise will be audible within the cabins, particularly during night navigation.
- Acoustic Comfort: This operational noise is standard for all Komodo live aboard vessels. Guests sensitive to noise are strongly advised to bring earplugs or noise-canceling headphones to ensure a comfortable night’s rest.
Marine Vessel & Mechanical Substitution Policy
- Maintenance & Standards: All fleet vessels undergo rigorous, regular mechanical servicing to maintain compliance with safety regulations and guest comfort standards.
- In-Transit Mechanical Failures: In the rare event of an unforeseen mechanical failure during a charter, management will immediately deploy an alternative vessel to resume the scheduled itinerary.
- Pre-Departure Class Changes: If a mechanical issue occurs prior to departure, our operations team will notify you immediately. We will present available alternative vessels matching your original departure timeline.
- Rate and Facility Adjustments: Because specifications vary by vessel, substitution options may differ in facilities and pricing. The final booking invoice will be adjusted dynamically based on the specific tier of the replacement vessel selected.
- Operational Priority: Client safety and seamless operational continuity remain our highest priorities. All adjustments and substitutions are finalized in direct coordination with the guest.
